Sunday

Today we went from Billings Montana to East Glacier park. It started out as a great day with the
weather warm and the sky's clear. This area of the country is really beautiful. I don't know why but just the rolling hills and the grass fields and everything green and growing just pleases the eye. I could see living here as a getaway type of home.
The cost of living would be reasonable and you could have a small farm to take care of most of your needs.

We hit a few area's of construction and everyone did real well. Lori was nervous about it, but after 10-15 miles of gravel (packed) she was relaxed a lot more.

We also looked at the Judith Gap wind farm. The generators are huge! You often see them from the hwy's, but unless you get up close, you don't realize the actual size of each generator.

They had a blade set up for people to look at and it is quite a setup. A lot of engineering went into it. I had to have Mark stand beside it to get a perspective of the actual size.

From there we would across the state in a generally NW direction, dodging rain clouds until we got to East Glacier.

Tomorrow we head over the road to the sun, through Glacier and (probably) into Hot springs Mt. for the night.

I hope to take a lot of pictures going through Glacier.

Thanks for following along and sorry there is not a lot of pictures from the last few days.
