Grand Coulee

After leaving Quinn's this morning we made a mad dash to get across the divide before the rains hit.  Nope, it didn't happen.  We got hit hard by the the time we started back down. Luckily, it didn't last long.

A quick stop in Liberty Lake to escape the rain and to leave my cell phone behind (it will be a couple of days before I get it  back) and we headed across the state in the high winds and left Mark and Lori behind to visit friends. They would catch up later in the day.

Lori and I made it to the Grand Coulee dam and got our room for the night. We are going to be watching the laser light show and the fireworks show for the 4th. Our room overlooks the dam.

Tomorrow, we don't know yet. We will see... :-)
